With a career spanning more than 35 years, Tim has held senior sales and leadership roles in the retail loss prevention industry, managed lock and hardware operations, owned his own business, participated in Restorative Justice programs for major retailers, and worked in the video management systems market. He has also served as a trusted consultant, guiding organizations on loss prevention initiatives and operational improvements.
