The GSS 6000x is designed and developed to be the ideal solution for the screening of small parcels for airport, government and commercial applications. The tunnel opening of 650mm (25.6") wide by 450mm (17.7") high was specifically designed to allow most parcels and hand carried luggage to be easily examined. The system uses a high-resolution X-Ray detector array for improved image presentation and increased automatic threat detection.
The GSS 6000x is ergonomically designed with operator comfort and ease of operation as a main feature of the system. The detachable control unit allows the operator to change positions and increases the functionality of the image and conveyor controls, while reducing fatigue.
The GSS 6000x is a PC based system that incorporates latest electronic technology in an enhanced modular design. The GSS 6000x utilizes a high speed computer that implements advanced complex algorithms in real-time operation.
The GSS 6000x is designed to be networked with other inspection systems and can transmit data via Ethernet and uses a Windows NT based operating system running a TCP/IP network protocol system. Images from each GSS 6000x can be sent through a network to a central server PC where the images can be viewed, stored, or printed.
