Complete Hook & Line Kit

The  Complete Hook and Line Kit combines multiple access and disposal capabilities into a single, comprehensive and highly effective kit. The equipment can be deployed in a wide range of explosives disposal scenarios involving buildings, vehicles (road, water and air) and urban/rural locations.  This kit provides the bomb technician with an expanded range of options and enables the disposal of hazardous devices to be completed successfully. In particular, the use of ours rigging techniques enhances personnel safety by reducing the number of manual approaches.

 

Field-Proven Design. Our equipment has been proven in the toughest of security situations and continues to see operational service in many of the world’s civil and military zones of conflict.

 

The portable Complete Hook and Line Kit includes components for attaching lines, anchoring pulleys and maneuvering objects. Break-away pulleys are used to change the line direction to give lift, avoid obstacles and allow operation from behind cover. Two color-coded lines minimize confusion and facilitate advanced techniques.

Typical Applications. Our rigging equipment is recognized internationally as an integral and essential component of EOD, including IEDD, operational capability and provides a highly effective means

a) To assist entry to buildings, vehicles and other locations,
b) Once inside, to gain access to a target device and
c) To remove, manipulate and handle fittings and objects.
